The White Smoke and the Waiting Crowd
Stop Searching—He Has Already Come
I watch the world… waiting.
People stand still, eyes lifted toward chimneys, parliaments, stages, or screens—hoping for white smoke. A sign. A signal. Some announcement of a new leader, a savior, a figure who will “change everything.”
But nothing ever really changes, does it?
What does the white smoke bring?
Another man. Another mouthpiece. Another promise to lead us out of bondage—only to place new shackles on the same wrists. The faces change, but the cycle does not. History proves this, and prophecy foretold it.
"They have set up kings, but not by Me; they have made princes, and I knew it not."
—Hosea 8:4
The crowd always wants someone else.
The masses cry out for someone new—something better. A leader. A king. A new ideology. A new religion. A political hope. They forget… He already came.
Not just a teacher.
Not just a prophet.
Not just a man.
But God in flesh.
Born to die.
Crucified for truth.
Buried for sin.
And risen to reign.
“For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given… and the government shall be upon His shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”
—Isaiah 9:6
He descended into hell, not as a prisoner but as a conqueror.
And when He rose, He sat down at the right hand of the Father—not waiting for an election or for permission—but crowned by heaven itself.
“He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death—even death on a cross. Therefore God exalted Him to the highest place and gave Him the name above every name.”
—Philippians 2:8-9
So why are we still waiting?
Why do so many who claim Christ live as if He never came? Why do pastors stay silent while celebrities and false teachers steal the pulpit? Why are the influencers bowing to cultural winds instead of calling people to the cross?
It reminds me of ancient Israel—when they rejected the voice of God for the voice of man.
“Now appoint for us a king to judge us like all the nations.” But the Lord said to Samuel, “They have not rejected you, but they have rejected Me from being king over them.”
—1 Samuel 8:5,7
It’s happening again.
A new global “king” is being awaited—not by atheists, but by churches, nations, religious systems. In 2025, we are watching alliances form and figureheads emerge. People cheer for peace, but they are handing power to deceivers.
Don’t be fooled.
The man of peace they await will be the man of deception.
“And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.”
—2 Corinthians 11:14
To those watching the world and wondering what will happen this year—I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Watch 2025.
The shaking has only just begun. The harvest is ready, but so is the deception.
So here is my call:
Stop waiting for the next man.
Stop trusting in politics, personalities, or preachers who will not name Jesus as King.
Repent.
Be baptized.
Turn your heart not toward the chimney or the screen, but toward heaven.
“This is My beloved Son; listen to Him.”
—Mark 9:7
Christ is not coming to campaign—He’s coming to rule.
But before that day, He is still calling.
He’s calling you, today, to follow not the next leader, but the only Lord.
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.”
—Hebrews 13:8
